- Unaccepted property types include: mobile home, unimproved land/lot, and manufactured home
- Date purchased
- Purchase price
- Estimated value
- Monthly property expenses, if applicable, such as HOA fees, hazard insurance, Homeowners insurance, real estate taxes, liens, or mortgages
