Fifth Third Securities, Inc. has entered into agreements with some mutual fund companies and insurance companies to receive payments often referred to as “revenue share” or “revenue sharing.” These revenue sharing payments are in addition to and separate from insurance mortality and expense risk charges, standard sales loads, annual sales fees, annual fees, underlying sub-account expenses, applicable sales charges or contingent deferred sales charges, other expenses associated with administrative services for mutual funds and insurance contracts, and expense reimbursements for education, marketing support and training. Revenue sharing payments do not result in an additional charge to our clients. These payments are not directly paid by Fifth Third Securities, Inc. clients nor are they paid to Investment Professionals of Fifth Third Securities, Inc.

- Invesco Distributors, Inc.
- John Hancock Funds, LLC
- Pacific Life Insurance Company and Pacific Select Distributors, Inc.
- Transamerica Capital, Inc.
