The Human Capital Leadership Program (HCLP) is designed to develop a diverse talent pool of leaders by providing an accelerated learning experience and a strong foundation of Human Capital experience. During the two-year program, participants will complete four six-month rotations in Human Capital centers of excellence (COEs) which include Talent Acquisition & Engagement; Business Consulting; Talent Management & Development; Total Rewards; HC Operations & Shared Services; and HC Risk & Compliance. The Human Capital division works with the business in strategy development, planning and project management to further generate innovative, comprehensive solutions to achieve our Bancorp objectives.
The HCLP internship is a 10-week summer experience in one of the Human Capital COEs. Interns will be given an assignment similar to a HCLP rotation, but scaled appropriately for the internship. Interns work closely with Human Capital leaders on key initiatives with the support of an assignment leader, senior mentor and peer advisor. Interns will deliver a presentation to Human Capital leaders at the conclusion of the internship.
