Investment Advisors Leadership Program
The Investment Advisors Leadership Program provides an excellent learning experience throughout all areas of wealth management. The program is a hands-on, rotation-based experience that focuses on exposure to the foundational structure of investment advisory services. The goal is for the individual to become knowledgeable in business practices, operations and procedures to be successful in their careers. The Investment Advisors division at Fifth Third Bank provides products and services to both the individual and corporate customers of the Bank. The Investment Advisors line of business works with customers to assist with financial planning, investment strategies and asset management.
The Investment Advisors Leadership Program internship is a 10-week summer experience in one of the IA departments. Interns will be given an assignment similar to an IALP rotation, but scaled appropriately for the internship. Interns work closely with IA leaders on key initiatives with the support of an assignment leader and peer advisor. Interns will deliver a presentation to IA leadership at the conclusion of the internship.- Audit Leadership Program
