Finance and Accounting Leadership Program

The Finance and Accounting Leadership Program (FALP) is designed to provide participants with meaningful work experience in the functional areas of Finance and Accounting while developing future organizational leaders. The FALP consists of comprehensive on-the-job training supplemented by educational opportunities focused on banking, business, financial technology, leadership and team-building skills. The program is structured over 24 months with four rotational assignments. The FALP offers a Finance track and an Accounting track, with rotations to align with the employee’s career interests.

The FALP internship is a 10-week summer experience in one department within Finance & Accounting. Interns work closely with the department teams and have responsibility to produce reports and participate in meetings with business partners. Interns also will research a relevant topic to the financial industry and deliver a presentation to Finance and Accounting leaders. .
