We've been fortunate to travel the world together, which has allowed me to indulge in another passion: wine. "My friends might describe me as a crazed Indianapolis Colts fan, because I absolutely bleed blue! I am a competitive person naturally, especially when watching Colts games.

"Providing good service, and serving others, is a passion of mine. "I'm an active person and that's why I like to run, although most of the running my husband and I seem to do is chasing after our twin girls. "I love competitive sports of all types, but growing up in the Caribbean instilled my love of baseball the most. I'm a big fan of the Cincinnati Reds. In college, I was a Xavier cheerleader ... and ended up marrying my stunt partner!

"Something most people don't know about me is that I love to cook! In fact, I spend hours studying different spices and new foods. When I retire from Fifth Third Bank, I plan on opening two restaurants – one to showcase geographic food and drinks from within the United States, and another to focus on various regions around the world.

Until then, I'll still have big plans. Fifth Third Bank has given me unique leadership opportunities, like developing an internship program for college students from the ground up. I was able to use my own prior internship experiences to build a program that differentiated us from other financial services internship programs. "Like most people, with me…there's more than meets the eye. I can give you a tough run on the tennis court, and I also enjoy reading and traveling in my spare time. But there's more to me than my hobbies. I was born in the Democratic Republic of Congo, where I learned to speak English, French and Lingala. "It's great to feel like you are a part of something bigger than yourself – like the Formula One Racing community. I have been a proud supporter of the McLaren Racing Team for years, and before my son was born, I spent hours playing Formula One racing simulator games. Perfecting my racing skills was gratifying, but working and collaborating with others is even more rewarding.

In my more than eight years at Fifth Third Bank, I have spent much time working at the Customer Contact Center. The best part about my job is making an impact on others – not only customers, but co-workers as well. On the first Father's Day after he passed away, I wanted to do something special, so I jumped out of an airplane at 11,000 feet to give him a shout-out.
